Dorothea J. Mcdonald

St. Regis Falls/Santa Clara – Dorothea J. McDonald, 71, passed away Monday, November 1, 2021, at Adirondack Medical Center in Saranac Lake. Arrangements are entrusted to Hammill Funeral Home in St. Regis Falls. Dorothea was born in Malone on June 24, 1950, daughter of the late Walter and Dora Bond. She married Leslie McDonald on September 11, 1969, in South Carolina. She worked at the Crown Plaza in Lake Placid in the housekeeping department for 12 years. She is survived by her husband, Leslie, her children, Carrie McDonald of St. Regis Falls, John and Madeline McDonald of St. Regis Falls and William McDonald of Malone, six grandchildren, Christian McDonald, Alexis McDonald, Damion McDonald, Summer McDonald, Michael McDonald, and Kayden McDonald, three great grandchildren, Wyatt McDonald, Rebecca McDonald and Iziah McDonald, and one brother, Donald Bond of Malone. She was predeceased by a brother, Wade Bond. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 5th at 3 pm at Santa Clara Cemetery in Santa Clara.
