Sandra L. Carbino

Ogdensburg- Mrs. Sandra L. Carbino, formerly of St. Regis Falls passed away Monday November 23, 2015 at the Highland Nursing Home in Massena. Sandy was born in Malone on March 6, 1944 to the late Allie and Esther (Martin) Ford. She was raised and educated locally attending St. Regis Falls High School. She was married to Donald Carbino, who passed away in April of 1974. She is survived by: her son and daughter-in-law, Don and Starr Carbino, her son Alex Carbino, and her grandchildren, Breanne Carbino and Luke Carbino all of St. Regis Falls. Also surviving Sandy is one sister and one brother. In keeping with Sandy’s wishes there will be no services at this time. Arrangements are entrusted to Hammill Funeral Home in St. Regis Falls.
