Brasher Falls - Bobby Jean Rubado, 39, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Massena Memorial Hospital. Arrangements are entrusted to the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop where friends may call Sunday afternoon from 2 to 5 pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be Monday at 10 am at St. Patrick Church in Brasher Falls followed by burial in Union Cemetery (Buckton) in the Town of Stockholm.
