Massena - Mrs. Hazel L. Rousseau, 90, passed away at the Massena Rehabilitation and Nursing Home on Wednesday January 22, 2025.

In keeping with Hazels wishes there will be no services at this time. Her graveside service will be held in the spring. Arrangements are entrusted to Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop.
