Helen J. Gibson

West Stockholm – Helen J. Gibson, 78 years old of Churchville, NY, formerly of West Stockholm, passed away during a brief illness on June 29, 2020. Helen was born in Stockholm on March 13, 1942, daughter of the late Floyd and Anna (Shatraw) Dashno. She went to St. Lawrence Central School and Sawyer Business School. She worked at the Nesco Company in Rochester. She is survived by her 3 children; Leon Gibson, Cindy (Gibson) French, Tracy (Gibson) and her husband, Dave Behnke, seven grandchildren; Katie French, Kim Plater, Steven Palermo, Joey Sheldon, Leah Hotte, Travis Smallwood and Savannah Gibson. Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 22nd at 12:00 noon at West Stockholm Cemetery in West Stockholm. Donations in her memory can be made to Honor Flight of Rochester.
