Mary Jane Fisher

Mary Jane Fisher went to be with the Lord on January 29th at SUNY Upstate medical Center in Syracuse NY, with several family members and a priest at her side. She was born Mary Jane Milmore, on November 3rd 1936.

Mary Jane leaves behind her dedicated and beloved husband of 65 years, Francis "Frank" Fisher. Also, children Marge Kazulak of Cato NY, Denise Wolcott of Watertown NY, Steve Fisher of Genoa IL, and Ralph Fisher of York SC, and her precious and beloved grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mary Jane worked at Potsdam Canton Hospital for more than 20 years, retiring as a ward clerk. For the last few years she and husband Frank lived at LBSH in Brasher Falls, where they enjoyed friendships with many of their fellow residents. At her request, there shall be no calling hours, and a springtime memorial service shall be planned. Those wishing to make a donation in her memory are kindly asked to consider the Diabetes Association, St. Patrick’s Church, or the Tri-Town Rescue Squad, where both Mary Jane and Frank were selfless and dedicated volunteers for several years.

A Memorial Mass will be held Friday May 31st at St. Patrick Church in Brasher Falls at 11 am.
