Ronald S. Baxter

Funeral services for Ronald S. Baxter, 49, of Norfolk, will be Thursday at 8 pm at Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. Friends may call before the service from 6 to 8. Mr. Baxter passed away unexpectedly at CVPH in Plattsburgh, July 18, 2010. He is survived by his children, Brad Baxter of Brasher Falls, Kaytelyn Baxter and Ronald Baxter, Jr. both of Norfolk, His parents, Gloria R. Stevens of Potsdam and Robert Dumers of FL, and Gaylord Baxter of Massena; Sisters, Cathie and Mark Ashe of FL, Christine and Frank Hillenbrand of Massena,and Tammy and Chris Kline of Ft Lauderdale, FL; Brothers, Ernie and Jessica Dumers and Patrick and Debbie Dumers, of Florida and Harold Baxter of Norfolk. He was predeceased by his mother, Carol Baxter.Ronald was born in Massena on January 24, 1961. He married Theresa M. Arno of Massena on August 17, 1996 in Walton Beach, FL. Over the years, he worked for S & H Construction; Sequin's Construction and was self employed at his passing. He enjoyed camping, country music and dancing.
