Winthrop- Tommy J. "TJ" Moulton, 70, passed away Tuesday May 29, 2012 at his home, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was surrounded by the love and support of his family. TJ was the epitome of a people person. His thirst for knowledge was evident by his involvement in new technology and friendly socialization. He was a photographer and videographer for many events, and in 1985 he started his own disc jockey business, "TJ the DJ". He had a love for electronics; whether it being the CB radio with his handle "Bald Eagle", computers, or his automated van horn, which people responded to with friendly smiles and waves. Wherever TJ went for dinner, he was accompanied by Brenda and a bottle of maple syrup. TJ was a member of: the Junior Grange, the Winthrop Grange, active in 4H and the FFA. He enjoyed camping, hunting, bowling, and 4-wheeling and was an avid NASCAR fan. TJ is survived by: his wife, Brenda; his children, Kimberley and Greg Warner of Kalamazoo, MI, Becky Moulton and her companion Chris Pernice of Madrid, and Harold "Harry" Moulton and his fiancé, Loretta Louey of Malone; his grandchildren, Brett L. and Alicia Logan of Brasher Center, Marcus J. Logan and his fiancé Aleasha Hartson of Winthrop, Brianna J. and Cameron J. Warner of Kalamazoo MI; 2 great-grandchildren, Nevaeh Logan and Chlowie Logan, and 29 foster children.
