Philip E. Dorey

Private services for Philip E. Dorey, 47, of Winthrop, formerly of Moira were held at the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. Burial was in Sand Hill Cemetery in Dickinson. Mr. Dorey passed away unexpectedly Sunday, April 4th. He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany Dorey of Liverpool, his parents, Edward and Marie Dorey of Moira, two grandchildren, Dakota Moses and Alexis Brown of Liverpool, two sisters and brothers in law, Robin and Robert King of Malone and Lynne and Dennis O'Connor of Moira. Philip was born on September 13, 1962 in Malone, son of Edward J. and Marie D. Fefee Dorey. He graduated from Brushton-Moira Central School in 1980. He served with the U. S. Air Force and then studied Engineering at Clarkson University in Potsdam. He has worked at ALCOA, Breyers in North Lawrence and at SUNY at Potsdam.
