St. Regis Falls- Brady L. Frazier, 13 years of age, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday May 8, 2010 at the Fletcher-Allen Medical Center with the love and support of his family. Brady proudly represented the St. Regis Falls Saints modified baseball team, his injuries were sustained while he was participating in this sporting event. Brady was born in Malone, on October 8th, 1996 to Marianne Frazier and Derek Peck. He attended Brushton-Moria Elementary school from kindergarten through the fourth grade. He then transferred to St. Regis Falls Central, where he was currently an honor student in the 8th grade. Those who knew and loved Brady remember him always having a smile on his face. "He was a happy kid" said his father. He was a very caring boy, and brought joy into so many lives. Brady was a good student who took pride in his work and always strived to make the honor roll. Along with his good grades, he was also very talented in the athletic area. Participating in a sport every season, sometimes more than one; baseball, soccer, golf, and his absolute favorite, basketball. Michael Jordan was his mentor and he practiced hard with hopes of becoming a professional player. His favorite sports teams were the Mets, Rangers, and the Patriots. He also looked up to Tom Brady because they shared the name "Brady". Brady is survived by his mother; Marianne Frazier, his father; Derek Peck of St. Regis Falls, his sister Brooke LaBar of Winthrop, maternal grandparents; Mary Martin of Brushton, Leland Jr. and Sue Frazier of Moria, paternal grandparents, Mark and Candy Peck of St. Regis Falls, great-grandparents; Rita Richards of Moria, and Clark and Bernadine Peck of Potsdam. Survivors also include his aunts and uncles; Terra LaFlesh of Brushton, Emily Tummons of North Bangor, Lee Frazier of Brushton, Angie Susice of St. Regis Falls, Andrea Gary of Parishville, and many cousins. Brady was predeceased by his brother, Brandon LaBar, who passed away July 8, 1999, his cousin Matthew Frazier, great-grandparents James and Marian Ledwith, Ernest and Marjorie Caron, and Leland Frazier Sr. Family and friends are welcome to attend Brady's Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated Wednesday morning at 11:00am at St. Mary's Church in Brushton with the Rev. Chris Looby officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-5:30pm and 7-9pm at the Hammill Funeral Home in St. Regis Falls. Burial will take place in Fairview cemetery in Dickinson. For those wishing to do so memorial contributions in Brady's honor can be made to St. Regis Falls Youth Soccer League c/o Tammy Artus, 90 Niles Rd. St. Regis Falls, NY 12980. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Arrangements have been entrusted with the Hammill Funeral Home, St. Regis Falls.
