Anna D. Miller

Dickinson Center- Anna D. Miller, 95 of Cemetery Road, Dickinson entered into eternal rest May 30, 2010. Anna and her husband John relocated to Dickinson in 2002 from Pawling, New York. Anna was born May 5, 1915 the daughter of William and Marie ( Hahlbohm) Tiedemann, in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Franklin Lane High school. March 31, 1940 she united into marriage with John Miller in Brooklyn, NY. Mr. Miller predeceased her July 17, 2004. For almost ten years she was employed as a clerk for Norman Vincent Peale the author of "The Power of Positive Thinking". Anna and John moved from Pawling, New York to Dickinson Center. She is survived by her two daughters Lois Miller of St. Regis Falls; Karen Quintana of Lajunta, Colorado, along with four grandchildren and several great grandchildren. A brother Edward Tiedemann also predeceased her in 2005. If one chooses to do so, memorial contributions in Anna's honor may be made to the Dickinson Center Volunteer Fire Department. There will be no public visition for Mrs. Miller. The family has requested a private graveside service. Arrangments have been entrusted with the Hammill Funeral Home, St. Regis Falls.
