St. Regis Falls – Phyllis Ann (Mosher) Kleineisel, 71, passed away Friday, January 01, 2016 at her home surrounded by family and friends. Arrangements are entrusted to the Hammill Funeral Home in St. Regis Falls. Phyllis was born in Dickinson the daughter of the late Varick and Vivian (Dashnaw) Mosher. She graduated from St. Regis Falls High School, and then moved to Flushing, NY to work for Creedmoor State Hospital. After several years, she moved to Tupper Lake and went to work at Sunmount for 22 years, retiring in 2002. She is survived by three sisters and three brothers, Gwen and Hal Fraser, Darlene Mosher-Ploof, Debra Gero and her companion Otis, Donnie Mosher and his wife Betty, Peter Mosher and his wife Barb, Terry Mosher and his companion Linda and several nieces and nephews. Phyllis was predeceased by her husband Rudolf Kleineisel, who passed away November 11, 1996, her son, Frankie Rudolf Kleineisel , who passed away on April 20, 2007 and one brother, Mark Mosher who passed away on April 3, 1987. Visitation will be Sunday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm at the Hammill Funeral Home in St. Regis Falls. Phyllis’s Funeral Service will be at the funeral home on Monday at 11 am with Rev. Donald Work officiating. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery in Dickinson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her memory can be made to Hospice of the North Country, Inc. or St. Regis Falls Rescue Squad.
