Keith J. Compo

Massena - Keith J. Compo, 66, of Massena, passed away Tuesday morning, August 3, 2010 at his home. There will be no calling hours; arrangements are entrusted to the Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop. Private services will be held at the convenience of his family. Keith was born on June 20, 1944 in Potsdam, son of the late David and Mildred Rockwood Compo. He graduated from St. Lawrence Central School. He served with the U. S. Army. He worked at the American Legion in Massena as a custodian. He is survived by his brother, Ray Compo of Kansas City, MO and his sister, Mrs. Robert (Barbara) Dunn of Baldwinsville; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by one sister, Jacqueline A. Compo and two brothers, Bradford Compo and Richard Compo. Donations in his memory can be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of St. Lawrence Valley, Inc., 6805 U S Hwy 11, Potsdam, NY 13676.
